Website Terms & Conditions (All Coaching and Consulting Services)

1. Booking and Preparation
All coaching sessions (including initial and repeat sessions) require a minimum of two (2) UK working days’ notice from receipt of your CV or any other preparatory materials before a session can take place. “Receipt” means the point at which materials are acknowledged as received by us in writing.

2. Session Rescheduling
If materials are received later than 2 working days before a scheduled session, the session may need to be rescheduled. We will make every effort to offer an alternative date promptly.

3. Payment and Cancellations
Payment is due in accordance with the invoice terms. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be charged in full.

4. Confidentiality
All client information and shared materials are treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing agreed coaching services.

5. Limitation of Liability
Our coaching services provide professional guidance but do not guarantee specific outcomes.  We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or implementation of coaching advice.

We do not represent any third-party employers, recruiters or headhunters.

We make no guarantees regarding job offers, salary increases, or successful career transitions, as these outcomes depend on external market factors and third-party discretion.

Our coaching services provide professional guidance but do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Career Engine’s total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by the Client for the specific session or service giving rise to the claim.
